Eligibility Requirements

1Local units of government, including brownfield redevelopment authorities (BRAs), economic development corporations, or other public bodies created pursuant to state law
2Properties with known or suspected contamination that have economic development potential and redevelopment benefits that exceed grant amount
3Grants and loans cannot benefit a party responsible for an activity causing contamination at the property
4Property must have redevelopment potential and specific planned reuse
