  • 1Local units of government, including brownfield redevelopment authorities (BRAs), economic development corporations, or other public bodies created pursuant to state law
  • 2Grants and loans cannot benefit a party responsible for an activity causing contamination at the property
  • 3Property with redevelopment potential that is contaminated or suspected of contamination
  • 4Projects must promote economic development and reuse of blighted and contaminated properties
