Eligibility Requirements

1Local units of government, including brownfield redevelopment authorities (BRAs), economic development corporations, or other public bodies created pursuant to state law
2Grants and loans cannot benefit a party responsible for an activity causing contamination at the property
3Property with redevelopment potential that is contaminated or suspected of contamination
4Projects must promote economic development and reuse of blighted and contaminated properties
