Eligibility Requirements

  • 1Project must be located on eligible property that is either contaminated (facility), blighted, functionally obsolete or historic resources
  • 2Applicant shall include documentation establishing that the project is located on eligible property and a project description that includes a project pro-forma
  • 3The amount of MCRP support is determined by a needs analysis and funding commitments are expressed as a percentage of the MCRP eligible investment basis
  • 4Applicants should explore all other sources prior to applying for MCRP gap financing
