Eligibility Requirements

  • 1Projects that assess or remediate brownfield properties are eligible for funding
  • 2Entities that contributed to the contamination of properties are not eligible to apply
  • 3Remediation includes acquisition of brownfield, demolition, and installation or upgrade of minimum infrastructure necessary to make brownfield operational for economic development activity
  • 4To be eligible to apply for cleanup funds, assessments must be complete
