By accessing or using GrantRadar at grantradarapp.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.
GrantRadar is a research tool that aggregates publicly available government grant and incentive program information and matches it against user-provided project profiles. The Service is provided for informational and research purposes only. GrantRadar does not provide legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. All grant eligibility determinations must be verified directly with the administering government agency.
GrantRadar offers the following plans:
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize GrantRadar to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. GrantRadar reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for failed payments.
GrantRadar makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any grant program shown in your results is currently accepting applications, that you will qualify for any program, or that you will receive any funding. Grant programs change frequently. Eligibility requirements, deadlines, funding availability, and program rules are subject to change without notice. Always verify current program status directly with the administering agency before taking any action.

The GrantRadar name, logo, website design, grant database structure, matching algorithm, and all content generated by the Service are the intellectual property of GrantRadar. The underlying government program information is sourced from public domain government sources. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without express written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. GRANTRADAR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRANTRADAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOST FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GrantRadar and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11.
