    Funds must be committed to a specific project within 24 months of HUD's notification of the HOME Investment Partnership Agreement execution, or they will be recaptured by HUD.

Ongoing Eligibility

    Ensure all assisted rental housing tenants have household incomes at or below 80% of area median income at initial occupancy, with at least 90% of HOME rental funds benefiting households at or below 60% AMI.
